I love LP5 to death but it's got it's lows, like the two little bullshit tracks
and that damn lame hidden track. Chiastic is pure perfection from start to
finish, IMO.
EP7's last four tracks are just awe inspiring. The rest is average. I was
able to replicate the sounds in left blank and a couple other tracks with a
simple ass shareware program and no effects. This is why they probably labeled
it an EP rather than an album. it's the "leftovers" and bs of the last year or
two mixed with some real glimpses into their next musical direction. I think
the last four tracks are these gems.
And excluding the first track, Peel Sessions II was shit. Began to sound like
elaborate Schematic tunes, and that was a downer. I'm missing the gorgeous
ambience and melodies they used to make dominant in their shit.
