yes, most definitely, most free web hosts, and paid ones for that matter
have clauses in their agreements that state you will not distribute
illegal material... and although, I believe bleep bloop was about
distributing out of print material; most, if not all of it would still
have been under copyright to the artist or label it was released on.
I wouldn't think the sites would last more than a few weeks...

Errr.. that it was distribution copyright material... English and
American law says this is naughty... as does most of the western world I
think!....
