Just an idea: quite a few places offer 25Mb of free web space these
days, so what if a bunch of people set up a web-ring-like arrangement so
that there were a handful of idm mp3s on each site plus links to
others? Between us we must have most of the stuff that was up on
bleepbloop, and this would distribute the load over multiple servers
too.
Would this contravene any of the agreements under which this web space
is offered? Are there any technical reasons why this wouldn't work?
What legal issues did bleepbloop hit?
