ok, you're right philip.... there is spinning and there there's "selecting".. but if a dj is just
selecting, then i at least expect some decent stuff.. man, i'm not naming any names, but i heard
about six really really fucking horrible Hi-NRG dance records from 1991 in a row at around 10:30pm.

i totally agree.
i think the look is coming from two different fields...
the electro-punk crowd which is heavy into Chicks on Speed, Crack: We Are Rock, Peaches, etc..
and the tigerbeat crowd which is heavy into gawd knows what these days..
and together we have idm-punk!
uuuggghh!!!!
everybody give it up for some idm-punk!!!
