this is exactly how most people describe idm.
it's all a matter of perception. i've seen i am
spoonbender a couple of times and haven't really
been terribly impressed with their performance
ever, though on record they're quite wonderful.
and anyway, what's wrong with art school outings?
(please interpret that as a rhetorical question,
because i can just imagine getting a googolplex of
idm listers breaking down the positive and negative
aspects of art school outings as though it were an
unreleased autechre track. ha.ha...cough... ha...
