There isn't too much out in Indy, my sister lives there, so I've tried to do a bit of CD shopping there myself. There is one store, however, in Carmel, IN close to the Keystone at the Crossing mall called Luna Music. They carry a pretty decent amount of Warp, Rephlex, MoWax, Clear, Ninja Tune type stuff. Also carry a good amount of British indie (4AD, Duophonic, Creation etc.) I don't think you'll find anything severely underground there, but they're definitely worth checking out.
