Whereas I don't want to change the focus of this list from Intelligent Dance Music to I was Dicked by McCullom, I'd like to ask the less hot-headed members of this list what steps we could take to acquire our tunes back, or, at least, our dignity? There's certainly a fair amount of evidenceto do something besides marching to San Antonio with torches in our hands. Anyone care to offer a little legal advice before we 'take it outside?' I have this strange feeling that a grey haired Raymond Burr is going to sneak into my dormroom and throw me out the window. Ok, so what'd you all lost? Grant lost the Kosmic Kommando, Kiya lost the Anti Ep, and I lost the Drexciya Molecular Enhancement 12"... im sorry to post again, BUT, i lost the anit ep ON VINYL, it's rare as all hell on vinyl, the cd can still be found but the vinyl is very rare... im done. -kiya

I'd start by writing letters to the postal inspector c/o of the zip code he lives in. Even though the trades were set up over email, the fact that some of the trades took place through the mails makes his actions mail fraud.
