i saw that commercial on thanksgiving. it sounded like the "single"
or "video" mix, which makes robert's voice very loud and dry and the
music plodding, removing all the bells and guitar and synth overdubs.
they also only used the end part where his voice is low, which is
very unlike robert's usual strangled yelp. it almost sounds like a
demo or a bad cover, but i think it's really them. unless it's
changed since then.
