I understand the logistics of why a tour becomes easier when you have a higher concentration of cities near one another that can potentially pack out a show. But I think that hitting Atlanta, Gainesville, Tampa, Miami and maybe even Jacksonville is no harder than Chicago, Toronto, Montreal and NYC... And I think you'd find a decent audience there, too. Also, my friendly rant wasn't directed so much at the artists as at the promoters and booking/management.
