Did anyone who went to the Big Chill manage to tape Tom Middleton's
slot on Big Chill FM at 3am on Saturday morning? I didn't due to a
malfunctioning tape recorder, and a brain in a similar state.
As for his DJ set on Sunday afternoon, Human League - Fascination..haha
cheesy but we'll go with it... followed by Bowie's Lets Dance...oh
dear, just ignore it and keep dancing....but oh no the Police - Every
Little Thing ..... Tom, that is far too cheddary. (Didn't he play the
same 3 records last year?)
Does this herald the return of the New Romantic sound? Aphex Twin also
plays Human League in his sets, and I heard Luke Vibert play a Visage
'b' side recently. Get those frills, cuffs and pixie boots out again,
boys and girls.
