Seriously, some CDs are just kinda slippery on the inside and the spindle
will not grab onto them. This happened to me with a few discs on a player
where the disc sat upright (i.e. with the label facing the wall instead
of the ceiling). Try tilting the cd player or wetting the inside rim of
the disc, maybe.
