replying to mehmet's comment which came directly to me, not the list: I read a bit about the making of the album - including an interview - and though the concept may be tired, the voices are very real. I don't think the sound bites are ill fitting, I think it's the music that is ill fitting. The music does absolutely nothing to add to the narrative. I suppose it's only interesting if you're interested in the story that they are trying to tell but, it's not good enough to hold my attention. It feels a bit like a university/college project and you're right; there's not a lot said that hasn't been said before and has been said and done better. Would rather watch a decent documentary on YouTube. As far as just music goes, yeah, it's weak as fuck. Mem yeah, i agree its the music that's weak. i swear i heard the same track 3 times throughout listening to the album. the vocals are so weak, they can barely stand up. the music is poor. it's like an album constructed out of gaseous farts with samples thrown in to somehow give it a purpose. 0/10 :)

its probably a mixture of both. they've tried very hard to make it as poor as possible. it's similar to the day after a night on the beer and spicy food.
