for everyone who's been slamming me:
ok, i see your point.
but my point was a little tougher to see because of the words i chose.
what i'm trying to say is this:
none of this really matters.
i guess it's kind of a 'those who know are those who know' kind of
thing. people with soul. i know i'm probably pissing more people off
again, but it happens i guess.
i just feel that musicians are usually i little bit more in tune with
what's up than just the listeners. (and no, i'm not talking about
events that happen or who's on what label) that's why i said this place
is filled with too few musicians.
i'm just sick of this bjork/credibility/underground thread.
dig: if the music's good, keep it and listen to it. don't feel ashamed
because the big-boys of idm@hyperreal.org yell at you for fucking your
girlfreind to kiss instead of orbital. and all you tightasses about
'keepin it real' in idm, pah. i can understand supporting a scene and
all, but pissing on everyone else is pretty lame. (and i particularly
feel that it's non-musicians who have the biggest problems with
genre-closed-mindedness. just in my experience.)
ok.
i'm ready for round 2 guys.
