nah, it's basically drum & bass with a smattering of slower-tempo'ed stuff.
'sonar circle' is the drum & bass alias of dominic stanton, who also records
as 'domu' for 2000 black, archive, visions, skindeep, delsin (a killer remix
of aardvarck) etc.
the debut domu lp is about to drop on archive, highly highly recommended
(even more so than the sonar circle stuff) but i still think his finest
moment is the 2000 black 12": 'dressed to ill' and 'snake eyes'. blew my
head off for a long time, and continues to do so - very deep and futuristic
stuff.
