Invented the first snare rush! That's ridiculous. That's like asking who invented the 'major chord'. Or 'the time signature'. I'm not very up on the history of house and I don't listen to much (trad) house, but I get the impression that the "snare rush" is a commonly/overly used sort of building up technique used in house/club tracks .
