I know that this has been said before but if you ask I can repeat, though I really do not keep the grudge against them as of now... When I ordered from them and did not get the package they refused to help me in finding it and stopped responding to my angry mails. I still miss that package (4CDs) For comparison, I had one similar problem with Amazon package (3CDs) which was resolved by Amazon stuff in most fantastical way (they simply sent me those CDs once more by DHL immediately when I reported the original package missing and asked just for postal info to start search...). so please beware. I have to admit though, that when I first reported it on the list a year ago everyone started to defend Bent crayon and labelled me as the one who did wrong...(I still wonder how I possibly could) 8))) Alien ps. I have nothing against bent crayon now as I'm sure it was not their fault and they're not big enough to resolve such issues in the way Amazon does.

I do most of my ordering from BentCrayon...they are excellent. Always got my order right and was only late once (1 day). Definately use them! Swamay Diana Potts wrote:

Yeah, they are great. But the owner is an ass. Really stuck up. I don't know what his problem is. Oh well. It's still a descent store. -AL

Here's the key with the great majority of on-line stores which ALSO maintain an actual, real-world storefront. Call them up to see what is actually in stock, what is one the way, etc. Most places which have feet in both 'worlds' do not update the online stocks, so it's best to call and see what's there.
