I know that this has been said before but if you ask I can repeat, though I
really do not keep the grudge against them as of now...
When I ordered from them and did not get the package they refused to help me
in finding it and stopped responding to my angry mails. I still miss that
package (4CDs)
For comparison, I had one similar problem with Amazon package (3CDs) which
was resolved by Amazon stuff in most fantastical way (they simply sent me
those CDs once more by DHL immediately when I reported the original package
missing and asked just for postal info to start search...).
so please beware. I have to admit though, that when I first reported it on
the list a year ago everyone started to defend Bent crayon and labelled me
as the one who did wrong...(I still wonder how I possibly could) 8)))

ps. I have nothing against bent crayon now as I'm sure it was not their
fault and they're not big enough to resolve such issues in the way Amazon
does.
