Does anyone have any more info on Portion Control who recorded on Illuminated records? I remember seeing them in er..1984 (god, I must have been really young at the time ;)) and all I remember is a relentless electronic aural assault which was pretty impressive for those long gone days (none of your normal rock paraphanalia such as Guitars, drums etc.). I hesitate to call anyone ahead of their time but.... Illuminated records had some interesting stuff: 400 Blows, 23 Skidoo, David Harrow (well, perhaps not him). _____________________________________________________________ DO YOU YAHOO!? They were great (well, not in the end maybe, but still... 'I Staggered Mentally' was awesome), and definitely ahead of their time. Skinny Puppy, Front 242 etc. are all heavily indebted to PC. Sadly, still nothing on CD except for one so-so compilation a couple of years back (but which is probably out of print now). If there's any interest in a full discography, let me know, and I'll post one.

Some of 400 Blows' early tracks were great... 'Return of the dog', 'Declaration of intent'... Skidoo were great on Fetish, never really followed their later stuff. Did I miss anything?? Maarten
