They were great (well, not in the end maybe, but still... 'I Staggered Mentally' was awesome), and definitely ahead of their time. Skinny
Puppy, Front 242 etc. are all heavily indebted to PC. Sadly, still nothing on CD except for one so-so compilation a couple of years back
(but which is probably out of print now). If there's any interest in a full discography, let me know, and I'll post one.

Some of 400 Blows' early tracks were great... 'Return of the dog', 'Declaration of intent'... Skidoo were great on Fetish, never really
followed their later stuff. Did I miss anything??
