I just wanna say that Kid606 had no involvement in the creation of the "catstep/my kitten/catnap-vatstep dsp remix" track besides providing some of the source sounds (which of course the Mac voice was not one of), in case there's any confusion. yeah, this isn't quite correct. it is in fact mr. james' singing. the story goes that his friend bet him that he couldn't write a pop song, so he wrote "milkman," which was meant to be a sing-songy tune, to closer approximate pop music. of course, this is out of richard's mouth, so it's probably all lies anyway... .af.
