Nights of Pan is pretty good (not great, but good). It's got this
electronic acidy feel to it. The CD and the Vinyl are different,
though, which is really annoying, since some of the best tunes are
only (?) availible on the CD. "A Night On E" is a really long acidy
tune. I get kinda annoyed by the voice sample that whispers "Ecstacy"
in the background (kinda tired sample, y'know). However, the Nights of
Pan have the kind of style where that sample fits. . . One more
annoying thing about "A Night..." is that the bpm changes, so it's
really hard to mix, unless you just play parts of it.
I'll get back to ya later on the X-102 and X-103 projects (can't
remember offhand which is which. . . there are some different 12" and
albums with almost the same name)
