Yes. Cancelled after the 4th season. They are showing it in re-runs. You probably saw the 3rd ep of season 1, back when the show was in Squigglevision, like Dr. Katz. A lot of the same people worked on both shows - same production company.
As for why it was killed? Adult Swim ain't got no soul no mo.
