Tigerbeat 6, Kompakt, and just about any Japanese label make completely
amazing music, and yet people seem to think that AE and Radiohead are still
pushing the edge by doing the same thing they've been doing for the past
four years. NIN used the most boring DX7 noises around and I hate his whiny
vox, yet people still love him to death. The IDM list discusses hip hop and
rock acts almost twice as much as it discusses actual electronic music, yet
I still subscribe. Discuss.
