I just saw Blade Runner director's cut for the X time... and once again, i'm
not too sure of the ending. I think Deckard is a replicant too, because he
dreams of a unicorn and he finds a unicorn on the floor of his apartment. At
the end, Gaff says "Its too bad she wont live, but then again who does" but
I'm not sure what that means?
With all the geogaddi listenings i had this week, I couldn't help but see
similarities with the movie. Like Geogaddi, the blade runner soundtrack is
very dark, full of sound distortion. The movie is very nostalgic because of
childhood memories of Rachael and the old photographs on Deckard's piano.
I'll never get tired of that movie.
On a related note, i just got my Syd Meid's Sentury book in the mail today.
Its full of images he made recently more or less, i haven't had a good look
at it yet but it seems fantastic. I'd really like to see at book with all
the blade runner images he made for the movie.
