I had the oportunity to watch Russell Haswell spin some records here in
Portugal, and i really liked it. He went from Thomas Brinkman to Pan Sonic to
some noise/death metal, all the way. It was a festival, and evaluating the Djs,
i liked him more than i did Aphex Twin. Aphex sucked, he did a set with the
music way too loud and with nothing really interesting, just some
drum/drill'n'bass, all quite simple and direct to the body, but without soul,
without the I in IDM. :)
