I cannot recommend this program enough: http://www.crosswinds.net/~cdwave/ basically it splits waves into individual tracks with some minor user intervention (IE some manual assistance is required but it is really easy). Once I have the individual tracks I use adaptec to burn the CD (I just make sure there are no pregaps). Also it supports DAO cue sheets which can make the splitting process even easier... Some IDM content: been listenting to the MD1 comp released on n5md quite a bit lately. If you have a mindisc player track this down.
