Subject:
[idm] indexing wave files

Sorry all - techy Q : If I'm doing a long mix (full CD length) in ProTools (PC) using, say, 16 tracks - HOW do I index them on the CD-R burn without inserting gaps? I'm using Adaptec's v4.01 which has "Spin Doctor" that only splits a wave file into gaps when it *detects silence* - I want there to be no silence but an ongoing flow. ProTools allows me to add markers, but these only work during the audio creation process, not the final bounce, as far as I know. Thanks for any pointers (but please don't attach any unsolicited .exe's or app's :-) ) I * --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
