This sounds like it could have been one of the promo copies of the Chemical Brothers - "It Doesn't Matter" from their album that was released just recently [Dig Your Own Hole.] The choon is massive and it sounds like what you're describing and from what I understand there was a 12" sent to some retailers along with promo copies of their Block Rockin Beats single and DYOH album. The XDUST part of the catalog number also sounds about right too -- The Bros last album was called Exit Planet Dust so... there may be some correlation there as well. -peter
