My friends often ask me how I can afford to buy new albums each week
given that I'm the cliche starving student, etc., etc. I can't, but what
the hell....I need to hear the stuff.
My question: what percentage of your income to you think you blow
(note the extremly negative connotation) on music each week? If you are
a DJ, at least it could be rationalized as a necessary cost of doing
business. What about the rest of us idiots.....is it rational to spend
half our cheques on new aural treasures??
