Don't bother with them. They suck for many reasons, the least of which is never answering emails. With the online catalog, I don't think they ever remove any old items, so they probably don't have what you want anyway. Search elsewhere for a more reliable store. Tom Cyn

I would beg to differ. If you call the store directly to place an order they are just as good as anywhere else, plus they will typically special order if possible. I agree with this poster. Bent Crayon/John are good business folk: busy, sometimes, but they fill orders in timely fashion and are very responsible. Phone calls are definitely the way to go, though.
