I agree with this poster. Bent Crayon/John are good business folk:
busy, sometimes, but they fill orders in timely fashion and are very responsible.
Phone calls are definitely the way to go, though.
Hell, I left a record on hold there, paid for, for over 2 years and John had it waiting
for me when I asked for it: still in perfect, mint condition. =)
