hey NYC-gang, sorry about the OT post (as in POST-rock), but my band UsVsThem (three piece angular instrumental indie) is playing the Kntting Factory MainStage this Thursday with three other fantastic NYC bands and i thought you might be interested. All bands fall under the indie-rock unmbrella, and all have some pretty interesting takes on it. Also of interest, noise-pop-rockers CockRobot have been added to the line-up, to go on at 7:30. this is a two piece of casio beats, broken guitars, and strange helmets. hysterical and joyful. anyhoot, here's the invite... It's pretty much like any other Atom Heart release...brilliant :o) It does not have the humor found in many other Atom works, it is very cold, digital, and cleanly funky. Oddly enough, it fits in pretty well with the whole Schematic aesthetic. I think it's really good. But you do know that it's years old right? My only complaint would be the modem sound at the beginning. That's a bit corny, but at the time it would have been rad. I would also say that it's not as god as 'the naturalist' though.. DS

it means that you don't like 10 seconds of 50 minutes. Seams like this album is quite good ;)

Depends in what mood one is. The good thing of being Atom Heart fan is that you can always find the right music in his discography, doesn't matter how do you feel today. (ps. I must say that I still didn't hear the 2nd GEEEZ. The promo has been sent twice to me but I never received any (my postman must be a real freak), anyway I have 3 reviews of it at the http://atom-heart.com/news/ and one of the reviews wrote that "NOBODY KNOWS" is a little bit different then the 1st one. The tracks are shorter and funkier.
