i've been meaning to pick this up...anyway, i really like his previous album on touch. didn't care for the "fennoberg" album though.

i like some of voigt/ink's work, like the burger/ink "las vegas" album, but gas is way too repetitive from what i've heard. each track seems to be made up of a loops that don't evolve throughout the song.

i think you're confused. "multila" is a vladislav release. luomo is his house music project. anyway, i'm a huge delay fan, and i have to say "multila" is nowhere near his best work. if it sounds a little underdeveloped that's because it is. to really see what the fuss is you need to pick up "entain" and/or "anima". _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

Check out Vladislav release under the Conoco bannister on Sigma as well. Could anyone tell me the exact diffrence between Entain and the original cd on Sigma... i can hear something but can't really point it out.

fennesz - endless summer has been my absolute favorite (and most surprising after hearing some previous work by fennesz) release of the year. it reminds me a lot of when i first heard oval - 94 diskont. had that strange off-kilter melodious, warm organized-chaos type of feel to it. but fennesz reaches a whole new level. much more sublime, nice flowing melodies and enough glitches and extreme effects processing to keep you actively listening why cant there be more like this?? My copy of "Endless Summer" hasn't showed up yet, but what i've heard floors me, if its anything like "Plays" (like most have compared it to) then i'm in for a real treat. As for Gas, i have "Pop" and though sonically interesting it doesn't hold my attention long, but i have a few emit comps with other stuff by him that is just great... _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

On this note ( a little), I heard somewhere that the new Luomo is in the works. Anyone know of any projected date(s) for this release? See, there's the problem - the "Gas" on em:t is not the "Gas" on Mille Plateaux; the latter is Wolfgang Voigt of Mike Ink fame, while the other is a UK artist whose name I currently can't remember... -- Kurt Bernhard Pruenner --- Haendelstrasse 17 --- 4020 Linz --- Austria .......It might be written "Mindfuck", but it's spelt "L-A-I-N"....... np: Fennesz - Happy Audio (Endless Summer) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
