I've been wanting to order the following, the new Freeform on Warp and Slam - Head States. Does anybody have either yet? I really like slam's - postive education and Step back. Haven't heard the new Freeform, but the Slam LP is damn cool. There's the odd bout of tr*p-h*p self-indulgence, but the straight-up techno trax are soulful and superb, while the the downtempo experimental-ish tracks are equally good. There's even a decent stab at d'n'b. I dunno if I'll snap it up, though, as I already bought the _Dark Forces_ 12" which contains my fave cut off the LP, "Life Between Life." - Matthew

The Freeform went on sale this Monday, with a rather distinctive orange and purple cover. _Head States_ is good solid but not mind blowing techno IMHO.

No, but everything I've heard by him is ace. Total acid nutter. A.G.E. - Strange Out Sight Ep on (Force Inc UK #3) is a personal fave. g3.
