The bill wants a lot more than this and has some serious breaches of the
right to free-speech (self expression), it is in 5 parts with only 1
part dealing directly with raves and the likes. For further info there
is a very comprehensive WWW page on it. Unfortunately while i've been
there and had a good look around... i've lost the address. Can anybody
who knows it please post it.
Back to some music, but along the same lines the bill tries to define
raves and other such parties by "a constant repetitious beat" (condensed
form), and Autechre of got around this by writing a track that is
10 mins long and as a constantly changing beat. I've not heard it but
know that it is called "Anti". I like the idea behind Autechre's stuff
the establishment / law makers approach much better than Orbitals. :)
While not related to this list Prodigy / PWEI also have written a track
based on the bill... which gets across their thoughts on the subject. :)

John
