I don't know if this is out of place on this list, but I would say
that it's pretty easy to say that Mo 'Wax is strictly groove. I don't really
think it has anything to do with IDM, but it is impressive. I think DJ Shadow's
release was a little bit different than the rest of their output, probably
making it the biggest commercial success. Everything else could be categorized
as funk/jazz/soul/latin/hip-hop all rolled into an ambiguity called acid jazz.

p.s. What does everyone think of Locust? The first single was okay, but the
album "Weathered Well" and new single "Needle" are a lot better, I think.
