Actually I don't know if snog is that good. This is one of those albums
you shouldn't like but you still feel compelled to listen to. The
ultimate in pop while still retaining an anti-pop stance; because of this
it deserves to be in my top 10.

I think it is the third release on emenate. I may have got the name
slightly wrong. My advice is get this.

I did not feel that this roach album had a new agey feel to it. The beats
are very idm and the atmospherics are top notch. It is very thought out
and has a sense of direction/movement. to me it is a true ambient album.
It can be easily put into the background or listened to intently.
As for child's view, I thought it was able to present a very experimental
sound in a whimisical and accessible way.

I gather you have in/out (he has a new one called blocks - haven't heard
it yet). The 12 inch is similar but every sound is tweaked. The use of
bass on the tracks is quite extrordinary. If you liked in/out you will
definitely like this (I think the 12 inch is better).
