Maybe they buy them, make an MP3 backup and then sell them for half price ?
Check out the "ME" link on Ebay next to some people's auctions...
Personally, rather than constantly update auctions I just opened an online
shop (BoomBoomBap). The prices are more or less the same as the auctions but
it's less hassle... It also gives me an opportunity to clear out some of my
rather enormous collection of music :)
