I would recommend a lot of the stuff on the planet mu label, such as Phthalocyanine (also responsible for the Phthalo label), Venetian Snares, maybe some Speedranch.... You might also check out some of the stuff on Tigerbeat6, such as Electric Company, maybe their 2CD comp.... none of these items particularly is all that similar to Otto's first CD (which I found entirely superior to its recent followup) but all share a similar interest in chaos and disorder, and quite a bit of noise to go with it. I would have to say that Otto's work is fairly distinct, and that Devine would be the first comparison I would probably make (especially "Lipswitch").
