I'm a computer engineering major, so I spend a lot of time by the computer
screen. Very little of what I do requires communication with "the outside
world", so I get a lot of time to listen to music. Being in computers also
makes it not too difficult to find money for music. And, I've never met
anyone else to whom music was as important as it is to me as well. :)

Well, it's not something I do on a daily basis, I do that like once a month.
My main point was with the massive amounts of music coming out, I can't
really shake this annoying feeling that there's some amazing album out there
that'll really blow me away, but I'm wasting my time sifting through
mediocricy. :)
PS: For those that are in Canada or listen to it on the Internet, be sure
to check out Brave New Waves tonight on CBC radio 2.
