Yeah this is often the case... take "Sense's Fourier Transformations EP
comes in a sleek jewel case with blurred classical iconic artwork" former
IDM list member Rowland Atkinson's description of artwork/packaging and then
Pietro Da Sacco (without having seen the finished artwork as he had a promo
cdr) description of the music "Shiny metallic rhythms pulsate around
casually placed percussive elements, bubbly melodies are conjoined with an
atmospheric vibe, and it all flows into one stream of silent, classical, and
warm electronic music.". To my way of thinking Pietro's review of the music
also describes the great artwork by Antii Jadertpolm very well if you
replace sound descriptors with visual descriptors.
Regards,
John
