The digest is a horrible mess to look at, but it is still a more desirable option than getting each post as an individual message." RJ: Then don't use the digest. Set up another email account just for IDM or other newsgroups. HELIX : "Nobody has really addressed the problem with posting a link to a webpage which contains for sale and playlist stuff." RJ: Those are just minor problems aren't they. What a bunch of picky bitches we have on this list? :) haha HELIX: "They've merely said "delete the extra posts you whiner". RJ: That's what most of us have to do anyway. Open up your mailbox and dump all the subjects that look boring. HELIX: Well deleting the extra posts doesn't work well for digest members, which this guy clearly states he is. RJ: I guess those are the trade offs HELIX: I understand the want to post playlists and for sale lists to the idm mailing list, it's causing a non-trivial inconvenience for many digest members. RJ: So do a lot of other threads. I would love to be interested in 60% of the conversation, but I'm not.
