This question relates to making computer music, I hope
someone can help....
What problems/issues should one be aware of before
purchasing a laptop(pc or mac) that may possibly be
used for computer music applications. I'm mainly
concerned with importing/exporting digital audio and
connecting with MIDI. Can internal laptop soundcards
(or whatever is inside 'em) create issues when
connecting an external soundcard? Do PCMCIA sound
cards generally suck? etc, etc
Any info would be appreciated.
