Let me just chime in here and say a few of the big used CD stores in
the Bay Area in California have a policy that you can return any CD
(even new ones) for any reason and get 70% store credit. It's certainly
encouraged me to take a chance on CDs I'd otherwise pass up.
PS the stores are Amoebas and Rasputins in case anyone cares. =)
