not sure about the wu tang thing, danny, but on panacea's upcoming album for mille plateaux (out in oct), he samples the heck out of public enemy on *a lot* of the songs. now i love public enemy, and i like panacea, but in 1999, i don't think anyone should be *still* running "yeah, boyeee"-- and all of those other PE things that were used ad infinitum back when everyone else was doing it--over their tracks, especially when it sounds so tired. this ruined his album for me because he's done it on so many tracks, that and the sex related interludes in german (comiing across as private jokes interesting only to those involved) my .02. andrew duke Danny Freer wrote:
