That person was me! (Thanks Aca). Yes, the promo does have 12 tracks
on the second CD. The promo has no artwork or running times so I
can't comment on those but I have included the track times as given by
my system, so that you can figure out what is missing. I remember that
a number of people mentioned this problem at the time of the release
and the mastering plant was blamed for the omission, if I remember
correctly.
