Uh, it usually gets *warmer* after sunrise ... as for leaving, I was willing to stay but the other half was exhausted (we got there at 5 PM, I think nearly 13 hours standing is enough for most anyone). Plus, like I said, The Orb were annoying me. Making us wait at least an hour before they came on like Prima Donas was bad enough; but aimlessly wanking about for eons between actual "songs" (sometimes the between-track noise could have been called "Sounds from runway 4-R, 120 db") was a little too much for me after a while.

Wimpiness has nothing to do with the drive. If I go to an all-night event in shorts and a t-shirt and never need to put on a sweater or a pullover (much less long pants), I hardly think that qualifies as "cold". It's not like as if there were ski parkas, gloves and ear muffs bustin' out all over, y'know? :-)

The proper English spelling. :-) On now: Jeff Mills "Boring, monotonous 4/4 stomp Live in Tokyo" - Greg Slowly reviewing Organic, one message at a time
