Well, I think the one of the better ways is NOT to use your real email address in your Newsreader preferences, why dont you use: shephrd@NOSPAMearthlink.net or shephrd@-NOSPAM-earthlink.net Robots will scoop up the text literally and get a nice bounce and people that need to write you should be able to figure out that "NOSPAM" isnt part of your email address..
