I want to say that I love Phaedra by tangerine dream - It builds up more than hardfloor acperience I saw Mrs woods on sat. Techno as it should be played Can any DJ's suggest a decent mixer, so far I have owned: Phonic MRT60 - Cheap crap Vestax Pmc05 - Good quality, good for scratch mixing but xfade too small for trance/house ambient mixing Made 2 Fade GM50 - sound quality not too hot, can't monitor both tracks at same time, sampler only 12 Bit.... what i want is a good sound quality mixer - no gimmicks Also any suggestions for decent carts. I use stanton 500's but the sound is nothing compared to our Rega 3 with AudioTechnica cart.... This is just the kind of request that is better suited on the bpm-list. The people on that list know all about that kind of stuff. Ask them. However, the list has changed its address recently and I can't provide you with the new one. There's surely someone else who can though...

Numark/PPD! I think the model no is 1750. . . anyway, it's got good sound quality, and it's got a separate crossfader for monitoring. Also, there's a switch for monitoring, so you can choose if you want to hear ch 1 and 2, or output. Only drawback is that volume goes down a lot (too much) when switching to "out".
