Easily assembled, but hard to take apart : a selection of choice party
floor fillers from back in the golden vinyl era before the onset of mp3
d/l's......
Some Cocteau Twins remix (by Seefeel maybe?) over Psychik Warriors of
Gaia's Ensnared beneath My Bloody Valentine's To Here Knows When...
Radioheads Airbag with some ugly d'nb roller that I can't remember the name
of - lots of momentum and a great set starter... (I seem to remember that
much of Paranoid Android could be brought back in over the d'n b track up
until it's tempo change 2 thirds the way through...)
Beastie Boys So What Ya Want w/ Squarepushers Come On My Selector - I think
this works, but it's been awhile, maybe someone could verify...
Plastikmans Spastik w/ Basic Channels Phylypstrak w/ Wonderland by Drome -
luvvly dubbly - get some sweet off-beats going too with these easy
enough...
Stone Roses Fools Gold w/ Da Funk w/ Life In Tokyo (Japan) w/ Around The
World ; I even managed to weld some Abba onto the end of this mix at a
30th birthday once at the insistence of the birthday girls' friends.....
NB I do not now, nor ever have, owned ANY Abba records whatsoever,
understand... They brought the record with them !
And finally, one for the road :
AFX remix of Seefeels Time To Find Me w/ Herberts So Now w/ Autechres
Chichlisuite
Merry Mix Mess,
bp

It /must/ be a rogue 303 - the standard ones don't have attack, only decay.
Back to the topic, I've never tried the whole
playing-(IDM-)records-with-no-talking-in-between thing, but if I did, I'd
probably take along Jega's Unity Gain, the Arcola 000 version of You Got
Soul, Bola's Soup (for the title track), and one or more Grim Dubs. And any
cheesy 'ardkore / jungle I could lay my hands on.
